Who are you?

We are Get Games, a global PC game download service.

How do PC downloads work?

If you’re new to downloading games, here’s a quick overview of how it works at Get Games:

Head over to page of the game you want to buy and click 'buy'
Log-in to your account or register for a new account
Review your order at the checkout
Select payment method and confirm your purchase.
Full instructions for downloading and activating your game will then appear on your order confirmation screen and will also be sent to you by e-mail

Are your downloads legal?

Yep, our downloads are 100% legal. We deal directly with publishers and developers to get our content for you. Our keys are not taken from boxes nor bought from shady characters in back-alleys.

How can I pay?

We accept major credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Are my card details secure?

Yes, they’re kept under a digital lock and key. Get Games doesn’t store any of your credit/debit card details on our system. All transactions are securely processed directly by your credit card provider or Paypal.

How can I find out what digital rights management (DRM) a game uses?

Different publishers and developers use different DRM types to protect their games. You can find out the kinds of DRM a game uses by looking at the system requirements section of the product page.

I love/hate Steam. How can I tell if a game is a Steam key?

You can look in the system requirements as above or look for the ‘Steam’ Tag on the top right of the product picture.

How can I contact Get Games?

If you need to contact Get Games, please use the form on our 'contact us' page and we will ensure your enquiry is dealt with as soon as possible. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours but please note as we’re based in the UK we do need beaks for afternoon tea (read: sleep).

Will you send me a DVD/CD of the game?

If you’ve chosen to buy something from our ‘boxed games’ section, then we’ll send you the game in the post. Otherwise, if it’s a download games, we normally send you two e-mails: A receipt outlining what you’ve paid for the game and the activation details and any activation codes you may need. The activation code and links to download files are also stored in your account too.

What are your shipping or handling costs?

There are no shipping or handling costs for download games. The price you see is the total price you pay. For boxed games the shipping costs are on the product page and also in the shopping cart. No hidden charges here!
